Blockchain technology is rapidly disrupting the gaming industry. Thanks to blockchain concepts like play-to-earn (P2E), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), web3, and metaverse, gamers can now earn passive income while having fun.
With blockchain gaming, players can play different genres of games, such as adventure and action. Although hundreds of NFT gaming platforms are available to players, only a few offer fantasy sports lovers the opportunity to access multiple sports games on one platform.
But Battle Infinity (IBAT) promises to change that through its decentralized NFT-based fantasy sports gaming platform, allowing users to earn passive income while building strategic teams and battling with other players worldwide.
What is Battle Infinity (IBAT)?
Battle Infinity (IBAT) is a decentralized blockchain multiplayer gaming platform that leverages the benefits of NFT and the metaverse to allow fantasy sports players to earn crypto for managing teams and competing against others.
Unlike other blockchain gaming platforms, Battle Infinity offers players access to multiple P2E fantasy sports games, including cricket, basketball, football, rugby, and boxing. The IBAT platform allows players to build strategic teams and battle against other players for the ultimate prize.
Since Battle Infinity utilizes non-fungible tokens, players are rewarded with in-game assets, which are tokenized digital collectibles that they can sell to other players via the platform’s in-house marketplace.
Battle Swap is the platform’s decentralized exchange (DEX) that allows players to buy and sell Battle Infinity’s native currency and other crypto assets. The DEX is integrated with other features on the IBAT ecosystem to give gamers a smoother and hassle-free experience.
This NFT marketplace gives IBAT players access to in-game assets like avatars and weapons that are tokenized using smart contracts. Depending on their rarity, in-game items are unique and can be valuable.
The Battle Market has two sections. The first section allows creators to mint, buy, sell, and advertise their artwork in the Battle Arena and on billboards and land in the IBAT metaverse. The second section, on the other hand, allows players to buy, upgrade, and sell their in-game characters, game, land, and other items.
Battle Games and Battle Arena
Battle Games is a multiplayer game store that gives players access to multiple NFT-based play-to-earn games. The games allow players to build and manage virtual teams based on real-life sports such as cricket, basketball, football, hockey, kabaddi, and tennis to compete against other team managers to earn rewards.
Winning team managers earn different rewards for their hard and soft skills, which they can sell in the Battle Market.
The IBAT Battle Arena lets players explore the metaverse and interact with other players in real-time conversations. This is possible because each Battle Arena is represented by a unique tokenized avatar that is upgradeable on the Battle Market. Some of the upgrades include clothes and hair.
This is Battle Infinity’s staking platform that allows users to earn more rewards for depositing and locking their holdings. Battle Staking also enables stakers to battle each other for higher annual percentage yields (APYs).
There are three types of staking on Battle Infinity – solo staking, duo staking, and crates staking. The first requires players to stake their IBAT token directly for high APY; the second requires players to combine IBAT tokens with any other supported token to earn interest; and the last requires users to purchase NFT crates from the Battle Market and unlock it with a matching NFT Key.
IBAT Premier League
IBAT Premier League is a unique competition in Battle Infinity that lets users build and manage virtual teams and play against other teams. Players must purchase an NFT pass to enter the league. After obtaining an NFT pass, the team manager gets a budget to build their team by buying real-life sports players. The value of the players is based on their real-life performance.
Layer 1 Protection: Battle Infinity takes security seriously by implementing measures that protect its owner’s address from hackers.
Autotax: The platform charges a small tax on every transaction. The revenue is used for autostaking and autoliquidity. It is also used to fund the IBAT Foundation and future ecosystem development.
Antibot: Bots are regularly manipulating prices in the crypto market, but Battle Infinity has put measures in place to prevent such from happening to the price of the IBAT token.
Antidump: This feature prevents whales and other large IBAT holders from dumping their tokens on smaller holders. This is achieved by suppressing the “sell” pressure to maintain a price floor.
IBAT is the utility token of Battle Infinity, powering all activities in the ecosystem. IBAT is built on the BNB Chain with a total supply of 10 billion tokens.
The cryptocurrency is used for advertisements and monetization on Battle Infinity. It is also used in Battle Stake and global staking pool.
