Notice – Resort includes a phased opening with most facilities open from 1 April 2024. During this initial phase there will be selective availability of restaurants, bars, and certain facilities as we gradually enhance and perfect our offerings. Additionally, guests may notice ongoing construction activities as we work tirelessly to create an environment that exceeds guests’ expectations. Based on the phased opening, below is the list of facilities available as we progress:

Resort Credit – This amount is credited to the guest’s room account on check-in which can be applied towards all food and beverage at the resort. Credit cannot be shared with or transferred to any other hotel room account. Credit applicable for use at hotel-owned bars & restaurants and room service. Credit cannot be used at any non-hotel owned F&B outlets, resort gift shops, merchandise stores or toward any watersports/activities or any other third party. If the resort credit value is exceeded, the additional amount will be payable on checkout. Any unused credit upon checkout cannot be redeemed for cash or held in credit.

You should reserve your MyFiji Island Experience when you first arrive in Fiji by calling 670 1823 and tell them that you have a MyFiji pre-paid voucher. This voucher will be exchanged for a boarding ticket at the Captain Cook Cruise counter at Port Denarau Marina on the day of your cruise.

Coach pick up from Nadi/Wailoaloa Beach area Resorts from 12:30pm
Coach pick up from Denarau Resorts from 1pm
Boat departs Denararu Marina at 1.30pm (arrives at MyFiji Island at 3pm)
Guests are to wait at the hotel lobby, pick up times to be confirmed when you call to reserve your MyFiji Island Experience on arrival in Fiji.
Guests must be waiting in the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to confirmed pick up time or risk missing the transfer.
Boat departs MyFiji Island at 6pm (arrives at Denarau Marina at 7.30pm)
Coach returns to Denarau Resorts at 7.30-8pm
Coach returns to Nadi area Resorts at 8.00-8.30pm

BAD WEATHER POLICY:
– Tour will be cancelled with a final call made at 8am daily if the weather is unsafe.
– Tour will be rescheduled to the following day or until the weather improves.

Tours require minimum numbers to operate, whereby tour schedules change, MyFiji reserves the right to offer a similar alternative tour in lieu of original inclusion

Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
