Wine, Dine & Spa Credit
This amount is to be credited to the guest’s room account on check-in which can be applied towards all food, beverage and spa treatments at the resort. Not applicable on split stays, credit cannot be shared with or transferred to any other hotel room account. Credit applicable for use at hotel-owned bars, restaurants and spa. Credit cannot be used at any non-hotel owned F&B outlets, resort gift shops, merchandise stores or towards any watersports/activities or any other third party operators including tours. If the resort credit value is exceeded, the additional amount will be payable on checkout. Any unused credit upon checkout cannot be redeemed for cash or held in credit.

Renovation Updates:

The below facilities will continue with the phased renovations as planned;

1. Blu Bar & Grill Restaurant Renovation: 30th May to 31st July 2024
Closed for full renovation, however the restaurant services are still available to guests at the relocated venues.
Relocated Venues:
– Buffet Breakfast for families: 2 Options at Ballroom (behind reception) and Byblos – 6.30am – 10.30am
– Lunch: Byblos Restaurant – 12pm – 3pm
– Dinner: Veidomoni Lawn (tailored menu) – 5.30pm – 10pm
– Bar services around the pool will be serviced from Ocean Deck Bar and portable swim-up bar by the poolside
Alternative Dining Option Available:
Include Byblos ‘Taste of Lebanon’ Restaurant, Chantara Thai Restaurant, Basilico Italian and Teppanyaki Restaurant. Also, available is the Lomani Wai Dining for a Fijian unique dinning in the water experience.

2. Pool Bar Renovations: 30th May to Mid-July 2024
– Closed for full renovation with alternative option available to guests
– Temporary swim-up bar located right across from Pool Bar by the family pool

3. Kids Club: Now till September 2024
– Venue relocated in rooms with normal operation and programs of the Kids Club.

4. Lobby Renovations: Now till November 2024
– Comprehensive upgrade and extension of the Lobby Space
– Staggered in 3 phases with contemporary and avant-garde designs
All services available at reception continue to operate normal such as reception desk, concierge services, guest relations, tour desk and shops.

Despite these renovations, we are confident in our ability to continue delivering exceptional and memorable holiday
experiences. The Adults Pool, Children’s Pool, Children’s Waterslide, and Infants Pool will remain unaffected by the ongoing
work, ensuring that our guests can still enjoy a delightful and relaxing stay.
All other services of the resort remain normal.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
